This site is informational
The pages on newsignal.studio describe a service offered by Noontide Collective LLC. Visiting the site, reading the pages, or clicking the booking link does not create a contract. Nothing on this site is an offer of legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.
The sprint engagement is separate
The fourteen-day sprint described on this site is governed by a written engagement agreement that we put in front of you on the kickoff call, before any campaigns launch. That agreement covers, at minimum:
- The KPI we are targeting (cost-per-qualified-lead or cost-per-customer) and how it is measured.
- Who covers what costs (you cover ad spend, we cover our labor for the sprint).
- The post-sprint paths (Path A, flat-fee handoff; Path B, performance partnership).
- Asset ownership: every asset we build during the sprint belongs to you whether the KPI is hit or missed.
- How either side can end the engagement, and what happens to in-flight work if it ends.
If the KPI is missed, you owe nothing. You retain every asset we built during the sprint, including the page rebuild, the VSL, the ad creative, and the campaign data. That is a hard rule, not a marketing line, and it is written into the engagement agreement.
No automatic enrollment
Booking a call does not enroll you in anything. Completing a sprint does not enroll you in a follow-on engagement. If the sprint hits its KPI, the post-sprint conversation is yours to lead. Path A and Path B are options you choose between in writing, on a separate agreement. We do not move you onto a recurring retainer by default.
