Home/Privacy

Plain-language privacy notice.

Privacy.

This is a placeholder privacy notice covering how the NewSignal Studio website handles the limited data it collects. It will be replaced with a full counsel-reviewed policy when the site graduates beyond the current minisite.

Who runs this site

NewSignal Studio is operated by Noontide Collective LLC, a Delaware-registered limited liability company. References to "we," "us," and "our" mean Noontide Collective LLC.

What we collect on this site

We do not run third-party tracking pixels on this site. There is no Meta Pixel, no Google Analytics tag, no advertising-network tracker, and no fingerprinting library on these pages.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare receives standard server-level information (IP address, browser user-agent, request timestamp) for the purposes of delivering the page, blocking abuse, and producing aggregate traffic counts. We do not link this server-level information to any individual.

Booking a call

The "Book a 1:1" links on this site send you to a scheduling page hosted on Cal.com. Any data you submit on that scheduling page (your name, your email address, the meeting time you choose, and any optional intake-form responses) is collected and stored by Cal, Inc. under Cal.com's own privacy policy, which you can read at cal.com/privacy.

Once a call is booked, we receive your name, email, and meeting time so we can show up to the call and follow up afterward. We use that information to run the call, send a confirmation, and continue the conversation if it leads to an engagement. We do not sell or share that information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Email correspondence

If you email us at hello@noontide.co or correspond with Joel directly, that correspondence is stored in our email provider for as long as it remains relevant to the working relationship. You can ask us to delete it at any time and we will, subject to any legal retention obligations.

Cookies

This site does not set tracking cookies. The hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies for security and rate-limiting purposes. The Cal.com scheduling page sets its own cookies under Cal's policy.

Your rights

You can request a copy of any personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us at hello@noontide.co. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and confirm what action we took.

Changes to this notice

If we change how the site collects or uses data, this page will be updated and the date below will move forward. Substantial changes will be flagged at the top of the page for at least thirty days.
